The aim of the Princess Royal Trust Carers Centre is to provide information, advice and support to carers.  The Centre is managed by a committee drawn from the membership of Central Carers Association, a voluntary organisation comprising of carers and those with an interest in carers issues.  The Centre can provide information on a wide range of topics including benefits, holidays, support groups, respite care and more. They can also direct carers to appropriate help and services.

 

If you wish to find out more you can either contact the Centre on the above details or come into the Surgery and ask for a ‘Carers Information Pack’.

    Cancelling your Appointment

If you are unable to attend an appointment with one of the doctors, please telephone or use EMIS access.

If you wish to cancel a Practice Nurse appointment please telephone or present at the reception desk.


By giving us as much notice as you can you are helping us to make sure that someone else is given your slot.
Change of personal details
Please inform the reception staff if you change your personal details such as name, address, telephone number or email address, so that your records can be amended.
If your address falls outwith the practice area you will be required to register with another doctor in the new area.
